The project includes eight exclusive apartments with private gardens or terraces, and a communal pool, surrounded by olive trees. With its large windows, terrace gardens, and spacious loggias, the design evokes a cosy and welcoming atmosphere.
All houses are energy-efficient, modern, and respectful of the surrounding environment.

All residences are modern, eco-friendly, and feature a loggia with a view of the surroundings. The project’s main goal is to create an environment in which people are in direct contact with the surrounding nature. The hues of Lake Garda and the olive groves around the residences served as inspiration for the colour palette. The style and design are based on elegance, attention to detail, and natural materials.
of Lake Garda
Costermano sul Garda is an ancient fief of Brescia’s Santa Giulia Monastery which perches like a balcony overlooking Lake Garda, in the heart of the morainic amphitheatre. With about 3,800 residents, the town of Costermano is a few kilometres away from Italy’s largest lake and it is conveniently located just ten minutes from the A22 motorway (exit: Affi). Situated near all major facilities and only a short drive from Verona, the project will develop overlooking a valley that leads out to the lake.
